Do you have different sizes of doggie/pet doors?
We currently offer Medium and Large Pet Door Sizes that are adequate for almost any sized pet!
Is there a warranty on the pet door?
Pet Doors are warrantied against manufacturer defect for 2 years; Pet Doors are not warrantied against Pet Damage.
Can you install the dog/cat door on my existing screen?
At this time, we are unable to install pet doors in your existing security screen door.
Can you lock the pet door?
All pet doors are equipped with latches to keep the door flap from opening; however, these latches do not serve as a security feature.
What colors does the pet door come in?
Pet doors are black to match the woven stainless steel screen.
